Beylerbeyi Palace

Beylerbeyi Palace was thought to serve as a summer residence of Ottoman sultans and a state guest house. Serkis Balyan, the head master builder of the palace, carried out the construction organization. The palace has the layout characteristics of Traditional Turkish House with Harem and Mabeyn Sections. There are total 6 halls, 24 rooms, 1 hamam and 1 bathroom attwo storeys.

Mrs. Tulumba Modern House

Mrs. Tulumba house is 3D visualization project by Sergio Mereces. I try to build it for your Sims. The house is a 5 story house on a 40X40 lot (455 Sunnyside Blvd.). It has 2 bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms. 1., 2. and 3. floors are living areas, 4 and 5. floor is bedrooms.
