Beylerbeyi Palace

Beylerbeyi Palace was thought to serve as a summer residence of Ottoman sultans and a state guest house. Serkis Balyan, the head master builder of the palace, carried out the construction organization. The palace has the layout characteristics of Traditional Turkish House with Harem and Mabeyn Sections. There are total 6 halls, 24 rooms, 1 hamam and 1 bathroom attwo storeys.

1. Floor: A hall with a pool, 2 entrance halls (harem and selamlik), visitors waiting room, bedroom of Sultan Abdulhamit, official reception, admiral room, reception room, bedroom of Sultana Pertevniyal, dining room no 12, bathroom, room no 20 and 4 bathrooms without a bath.

2. Floor: Blue hall, harem hall, selamlık hall, prayer room, selamlik dining room, minister admission room, study no.25, study, bedroom of Sultan Abdulaziz, red room, sultana's bedroom, hamam and 3 bathrooms.

Basement: Servants' Hall, Kitchen, pantry, laundry, 7 bedrooms.
