Rosy House is a four story Victorian holiday house with a beautiful rose garden. The house has a servants' floor which has two connections (living and dining) to the formal floors.
I built it on 477 Sunnyside Blvd. A 30x30 lot.

On the first floor: Entrance hall, living room, dining room.
On the second floor: Library, music room, master bedroom suit (bedroom-bathroom-livingroom) guestroom and nursery with a bathroom and a bathroom without a bath.
Penthouse: A bedroom with a living area.
Downstairs: Kitchen, laundry, silver room, pantry, distant kitchen, four bedrooms, servants' hall and a bathroom.
