Highclere Castle is the filming location for the Downton Abbey. I found a floor plan of the castle. Then I rebuilt it for your Sims.
All bedrooms has a bathroom except Queen Caroline and Robert's room. There are three staircases from the first floor to the third: Main staircase, red staircase, servant's staircase.

On the first floor: Foyer, Great Hall, Library, Drawing Room, Music Room, Dining Room, Smoking Room two antechambers and kitchen, servants' hall, butler's room, pantry.
On the second floor: Mercia Bedroom (Cora's Bedroom), Mary's Bedroom, Cream Bedroom (Sybil's bedroom), Robert's Dressing Room, Morning Room and Egyptian Gallery.
On the Third Floor: Arundel Bedroom, Herbert Bedroom, Queen Caroline Bedroom, Stenhope Bedroom, Nursery and 5 servant bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, silver room.
